St. Margaret's Church Garden
Over the years many parishioners
have committed to this parish and they have contributed a lot to the growth of
the church, physically and spiritually.
We have reach this far because of their commitment, generosity and kindness, therefore, we as a Church have decided to do something to remember them, a symbol of our appreciations. And that symbol is St. Margaret’s Garden of Remembrance, this will provide a place within the church grounds where the parishioners and families will remember their loved ones, especially their contributions to the faith and development of St Margaret's Parish, Lochgilphead.
The names of the priests who are no more with us and the parishioners will be written down on plaque and each year Mass will be offered /celebrated in the garden in thanksgiving for their time and contributions to the parish.
We ask parishioners, family members to provide us with the names of their loved ones, which they wish to be remembered.
We are raising funds now till April
2024 where work will commence on the site of the garden.
